This depends. For medical malpractice, auto accident, and other personal injury cases, Mr. Lampton will work on contingency, which means he will take a percentage of the total recovery, and will not be paid unless he successfully negotiates a settlement or wins at trial. In almost all of these cases, the Lampton Law Firm will also advance all costs/expenses incurred during the representation so the client does not have to come out of pocket on those. No fee is charged for the initial telephone consultation. If it is agreed to have a more detailed in person consultation at Mr. Lampton’s office, it can be scheduled at that time. For personal injury/medical malpractice cases, no in-person consultation fee is charged. For other types of cases, a $50.00 consultation flat fee is charged for up to an hour in-person consultation.
